Hi! I'm Laura Michaud, founder of LM Designs.

I have over 25 years of experience leading teams in a retail setting. Additionally, I spent five years operating my own small e-commerce business, while wearing all the hats from product designer, brand designer, marketer, and website designer, all while doing the most important work–servicing my customers.

It was through this journey that I finally discovered my true passion–brand strategy and brand identity design. Through my self-motivated mission, I discovered my love for helping startups and new business owners understand how to incorporate their brand strategy into brand identity, so they stand out and become memorable to their target audience.
